Am I missing Something Here; £500 Plus for 17 floats?

Post by WoodBurnerMatt »

Evening Gentlemen,

Excuse my ignorance but I have never heard of J Brammer, is/was he a float god (they look fairly nice but nothing out of the ordinary to me)?

I think "flying a kite" is the expression that I would use, I cannot believe that it is a genuine price!

I fear someone may have been too eager pressing those zero buttons ... Looking at the bidding it jumps from 46.00 to 500.00 !!! Hope the mistake is realised ... But then it jumps to 510.00.

Uttley outrageous !!
Glad it's not me

There appears to be at least two bidders :holmes: involved in 'shill bidding'. This is patently obvious as both of them bid
£500 when the highest bid was sitting at £46.00.

One of them then upped it to £510, as the week progresses and nobody has been stupid enough to outbid
both 'shillers' the seller will pull the auction before its due to end.

I've been known to be wrong before and someone will now say 'Brammer floats' are world renowned, and worth every
penny. :fishing2:
