What is it?

Post by OldTackle »

I was given this item and got asked for its purposes. No clue I had to admit. The former owner was told this would be a must have for any angler. I just don't know why I would need a pin curler when fishing
This is how it looks like to me. An old hair curler of my grandmother...

What would you say? Any recommendation?

"Beside the water I discovered (or maybe rediscovered) the quiet. The sort of quiet that allows one to be woven into the tapestry of nature instead of merely standing next to it." Estaban.

I think its a great idea where can I get one.
Fish come and go, but it is the memory of afternoons on the stream that endure

I have a similar idea called the "castaway" by Nicholas Fitton simply a Velcro wallet.

There have been several types of spare line 'collectors' on the market. The 2nd attachment gave it away!

Jep, I had to google it myself as well. Although I had a guess in the correct direction. It is a tiny tool so I will carry it this season and see how it performs or serves so the speak.
