A very kind offer Mark! Do you keep geese? I'm wondering if there are some breeds that have better quills than others?

The Canadas have just started, mostly secondaries so far (North London, Sunday)
Young crows have been moulting for about a fortnight now, the bigger, older birds should begin any time now...

No I do not keep geese but have access to a number of waters locally where I can pick up quills. Most come from Canadas but get a few decent sized swan quills.I still have a few left of last years batch.
