Marketed by Richard Forshaw of Bootle, Liverpool.

He probably bought them in, but did have a big factory at the Palace Works.

Over a year later and I have now discovered they were made by Beltack Ltd. A company created in April 1959 in Sudbury Suffolk.....nothing current about them but there is a Beltack Works in Sudbury even today.
They also made the quirky Tippit float.

Beltack.......Bell Tackle perhaps???
