Minimal stress, release early tactic

It's very easy for me to creep myself out a bit, but just as easy to tip it back to rationale thought. It's nice to scare yourself.
I was ploughing late one night a few winters back and could swear that something was running around in the dark and briefly (very Alien) flashing into view. After a bit of "what the f... flips that" I stopped turned the engine off and using a torch looked around into the dark, nothing.
It was later I realised that bats and moths flying past the lights were causing the shapes on the edges of my peripheral. Yes I felt foolish.

Actually I have never fished Waggoners so I am thinking....I could be tempted to fish for the old carp later this year for a day and night or so...what is the cost of a ticket and can you actually night fish it ? I am quite in tune with the things that are scary..........

£5 on the bank and no night fishing. Well that's the rules, but nobody's daft enough to go there after dark and check!!

All joking aside, I'll happily do a night down there, but later in the season once it quietens down a touch.
