Chin strap for my hat, please?

I've just acquired an old leather bushman-type hat, and am well pleased with it.
Except that it does have a tendency to go airborne in a strong breeze!

I've searched on the internet for a strap which can be tightened with a toggle (woggle?)
but I don't think I'm using the right search words. The strap would preferably be some
sort of soft or plaited brown leather.

Can anyone help, please?
