Post by DWW »

Can anyone help with where I might get a replacement rod ring for a Hardy LRH No 2. I have broken one of the intermediate rings on the top section . A brass looking lined ring .Thanks .

Hi DWW, if you send me a pic and the size I have a few lined rings that could possibly help. Fredline.
If you have no grease with you, and your rings are full of ice, do not cut out the ice with a pen-knife but get your man to put the rings one by one in his mouth, and so to thaw the ice.

Hi DWW, I have checked and I am sorry but I do not have any rings with that solid frame. Clear agate yes but not with that base. Fredline.

I have some DWW. I need an accurate measurement - can I suggest the width of the outside of the frame - the red line. Also the distance from the rod to the top of the ring (where the blue line is).
