I only hear and read fantastic things about Andrew's work, as Snape's post suggests. I'm just interested as a prospective buyer because while Barder's work is beyond my means Andrew's may not be.

Let's hope the rod and it's new owner share the right "chemistry"
I walked across an empty land
I knew the pathway like the back of my hand
I felt the earth beneath my feet
Sat by the river and it made me complete.

OK. I admit it. It was me. :Hide: It is being delivered in person by Badger tomorrow.
Major sale of about 10 rods and several reels now in the pipeline!

Well done Nigel! :Hat: I thought I'd read the signs correctly. It had all the "elements" of a Snape purchase!
You're the Ashbycut of the Barder world! :surrender:

:Hahaha:  That makes rod number 8! :Scared:
When I last returned from seeing Edward I told my wife to make sure that she speaks to him first if anything happens to me as she hasn't got a clue about these things!
There is now only one more Barder rod I want and it is a very specific rod owned by someone I know and he says he's not selling... :Hair out:

Congrats Snape!

Did you already have your eye on this rod before I posted it?

Yes I have a Barder saved search on Ebay and was considering it. Your post was part of the catalyst though.

Not at all. I hope to christen it tomorrow evening with a nice carp from my local pond. :Beg:
