I never thought that I had caught one before, thinking that they were Roach Bream Hybrids but after reading this I am sure I have, on more than one occasion. During the late 90s I fished the RAF champs and remember catching one in that match. This was down stream of Tadpole bridge, on the Thames in Oxfordshire.
