Milwards Bartleet catalogue 1926. The "BROXBOURNE". no 903. 4 sections. No's 1,2,3 give a rod of of 11ft, light and quick in action. weight 10 and a half ounces. The cork handle is of a special design, it is detachable, and ends in a female ferrule.
No4 is a full length butt with joints 3 and 2 give a rod of 13ft 6, weighing 13ounces.
Moveable winch fittings are fitted. "Bells life" rings of plated steel and non fouling end ring.
The "BROXBOURNE" is made from selected whole canes with greenheart spliced top. Price32/.

Note: Broxbourne 904 had a split cane spliced top. Price34/.
