Milwards Rod ID Required

Post by Hexapin »

Hello all, I purchased this rod totally unseen for a very modest price. Only know it was a milwards and nothing else.
It has a fairly good old set in it and could do with re whipping but otherwise is solid. It looks to me like its a milwards answer to a 12 foot hunter or an avocet type rod. Any information any one has would be greatfully received. Thanks.

It looks quite heavy in action, and large rings, I wonder if it is a pier rod?
how long is it?

Looks more like a Salmon spinning rod.
