A quick update following my meeting with the family at the weekend.

The good news is that the estate will not now be placed on the market this may as planned. The younger generation of the family wish to retain the estate if possible and the senior partners have agreed to give them time to raise the required finance if that is possible.

Lovely to know the next generation of the family want to retain their ownership of Bernithan.

I've been asked to press ahead with raising the finance to carry out the protective works around the pool this year of that is possible...

So all positive!

That's great news let's hope the pool will be restored to it's former glory one day. I for one would be willing to lend a hand if needed as I'm sure many on here would, please just ask Skeff.
