where to fish on the tidal trent?

Hi folks,im looking for some advice on where to fish on the tidal trent.I have never visited this streach and to be honest i dont know how to get to the river there.Are the streaches controlled by clubs or are they day ticket?
I live in nottingham and would welcome any advice from members here

he Tidal is a bit of a monster PN. Not really suitable for cane. However if you look at my journal you can see some reports from the tidal section. Just drop me a PM if you want the details.
