Welcome to the TFF John. Nothing wrong with a nice fibreglass rod.

Re: Hello from Derbyshire!
Greetings from A rather mild Norfolk & welcome to the forum. I am pretty new round here joining (eventually) about a week ago. It really is a superb forum. I am sure you will enjoy all it offers. With regards to 'the Bittern' I cannot help but I am sure someone will shed some light on it for you.

Welcome to the forum, John.
Nothing wrong with a nice catch of roach, perch and dace, or a fibreglass rod, or, for that matter, Honor Blackman! We have a section devoted to traditional fibreglass rods. It's good to have another traditional angler on board.
