Welcome Hannes. I was lucky enough to visit your wonderful city about 15 years ago, following in the footsteps of the late, great beer writer Michael Jackson. I can still taste the Schlenkerla Rauchbier I enjoyed there. Mind you, that could be because we can now get it in bottles here in the UK.
