Browsing at an auction last month for some tools and I came across a few rods. A 10ft MkIV un-named, a Hardy LRH No.2 needing new intermediate guides, an Alex Martin Caledonian spinning rod and then this.....
A Constable of Bromley "Kingfisher" 8ft 3in #5/6. Uneven section lengths with long ferule stopper , original capped tube. Unfortunately i didn't but any tools, but came home with all 4 rods! Does anyone have any more information on this Constable rod? There doesn't appear to be much in the way of info about them on the t'internet.
Thanks in anticipation of some sage like words.

Sorry, I know nothing about the rod, but it looks bloody swish!

Re: Constable "Kingfisher"
Like StJohn I haven't heard of this rod but it does look a belter. Let us know how it fishes. I seen other Constables on ebay go for really good prices, 'The Wallop' springs to mind...
Cracking haul of rods, well done

Hi, Scott, there's one of these for sale on eBay today. Is this yours? If not have you fished with it ?
