Is this a Constable popular?

Hi wondering if any of you could help identify this rod please. It's been in my loft for years, my dads old rod.
It's 10'7" with 1 1/2 lb test curve solid bottom and middle section split came top section.
It has gold lable saying Constable of Bromley
Thank you oh and it's caught 2 tench and 21lb carp on my first 2 outings so it's also lucky !ImageImageImageImage

Could well be..What a great find. In my opinion Cliff Constable was our best builder.
