Thanks to TFF member Alchemist, I can now add these links to two references to broadcasts by Harvey Torbett on the BBC listed in the Radio Times.

I knew that at one time he was Angling Correspondent for Associated Television (the fore-runner of ITV), but this shows he was broadcasting on the Home Service for the BBC in 1960, with a 10 minute slot in the evening South East News :-
