I have to type something so that my post registers but frankly there are no words adequate enough - genius in every respect :Hat:

Gobsmackingly wonderful. That fish tail design is beyond perfection, just gorgeous.... and now I've drooled all down my shirt.

I can't believe that I haven't already commented! That is really marvellous and I am just a little envious, gentlemen.

I had a spin of the reel before you did Nobby, I was so excited I nearly dropped it

It is amazing, the ball bearing spindle is ingenious :Hat:

I am so glad Leszek has finished your reel, because he is starting on mine next.

As much as I love your reel, my reel is completely different

I suppose that's what 'bespoke' truly means Paul. Each one designed and made around the customer's needs. Leszek does have a 'standard pattern' he has finalised for a Coxon Aerial style reel, but even that has many options open to the prospective owner.

And to think he only started making fishing reels a couple of years ago and that was one for himself, a fly reel. All the marvellous stuff we have seen on TFF made by Leszek is less than three years old.

Oh, he also makes his own fishing rods, heating, splitting and planing his own cane strips...nobody is really surprised here, are they....? Here's my new treasure fitted to one of his rods to try the balance and set the scene:
