That reel is Sublime.
Bumble is right of course , the new owners are very fortunate indeed.
The prototype shown here without identifying inscriptions intrigues me . I would live to k ow how it might be regarded in 50 or 100 years time and know of its history .

Simply not enough superlatives so I'll equally simply doff my cap at your workmanship
"I can't wait to buy a bamboo pole and a filament of line and a tube of breadcrumbs. I want to participate in this practice which allows a man to be alone with himself in dignity and peace. It seems a very precious thing to me".

As ever, absolutely superb.
These will run truer than any original.
They are the pinnacle of hand made perfection. There are some extremely fortunate “testers” out there who will get their hands on one.
I wonder when the first book comes out which will feature one of WM+ reels in its own right?
Stunning, absolutely stunning.

Watermole could you tell us how much the finished reel weighs ? Is it lighter than the original ?

Re: Making an Aerial-Match
The reel is absolutely wonderful as we all knew it would be. The joy of seeing the finished article is even greater having being able to follow it's creation through your detailed posts on here Leszek. Many thanks for taking the time to do that.
