No, I understand that. It's one of those priceless possessions which is worth far more to oneself than its actual face value and something to be revered and treasured.

Looking back through this thread, it was nice to see the early adverts for the fair. Bob Turner was the original organiser and, back then, I was working alongside him in the Control Room at Taunton. He told me about his fishing book collection and that he's recently found a mint 'No Need To Lie' in the Children's Books bin at a charity shop.

I swapped a copy of the first Chub Study Group Book with him for a Mr Crabtree reprint. Cost of both books being £6. Today my Crabtree is about the same whilst his Chub book is, well, let's just say he did rather well out of the deal :o)
