Centre pin reel free to good home!

I have a K Dowling centre pin reel surplus to requirements and would like to offer it to a member who would like to try fishing with a pin but does not have a suitable reel to use. It is in good working order, spins freely, pretty good cosmetically and looks to be a robust well made reel. It is offered free of charge to anyone who would like to gain some experience with a centre pin and perhaps pass it on at some future point for another member to try if deemed appropriate. Can you recommend a centerpin for me to use for crucian/tench fishing on a small lake? Just bear in mind I have never used a centerpin and don't want to break the bank until I know that I will get on with it.
