That being the case the idea is even better from his perspective given that he doesn't expend any time in making them and takes at least £700 per reel in profit. Equally on that basis as a forum we could decide to make a TFF replica Speedia and presumably if we were able to order a batch of 25 we could get them made for about 1/3 of the price of one that 'came in a box with a lot of other tackle and that might be restored'.
So do we know who made the Barder reel, was it the Kingpin people? And while we're at it, since they are engineers, they could make us a load of parts for the Walker net.

Yes, digital and protected by copyright. But give them a Speedia and they could copy it easily to finer tolerances.
