Thanks Paul, I did wonder after posting about impregnating , presume "Cuprinol" is the fluid of choice?

I haven't tried Cuprinol but I would imagine it would still do the job .

I`d be careful with Cuprinol folks, or at least check with manufacturers, as to whether this would be applicable in dry state .
