That spreader block looks perfect....it's been the stumbling block for so many people who've fancied steaming some ash to make their own net.

Its been a real pain with regard the block but i feel ive got it sussed now.
They are all uniform and the main thing is there my own style and not copies so im now able to offer them for sale to the self builders , cause as your aware theres nothing like doing it yourself.
