A friend of my mother's, I found out today, makes among other things creels. She will make them to customer specification.
She can be found here http://www.sallygoymer.co.uk/ apparently you have to click on her photo then scroll down to click on examples of her work.

I do not know the lady, nor am I on any kind of commission, just thought I would share the info.

Apparently her work is very good quality but no, I am not in the market for a creel. Just passing on the info for those who may be interested.
