The one line I never seem to hear mentioned is Bass Pro Excel, never a problem
with this line. I use it in 6/8/10lb bs and find it brilliant. Below these bs it's Bayer
Perlon for float fishing and Maxima on lead or feeder. I bought my Bass Pro line
in Florida for about 5$ a spool,1500 metres. BPE was first recommended to me by
the late Keith Sellek of Middlesex Angling centre in Greenford Middx. I believe
Trevor West uses BPE for his Barbel fishing and also sells the line.
