Afternoon gentlemen.
Just picked these up on eBay and thought I'd show them off.
As I'm sure a lot of you know, Delkim began by converting Heron alarms with more modern electronics, a redesigned trigger and a lick of black paint, before eventually moving on to Optonic conversions and finally their own (very good) series of alarms.
Apparently owners would send in their own Heron alarms for conversion.
As you can see they need a little restoration - one of the bodies has taken a bit of a knock - so I may well be posting a wanted ad (on the scrounge for parts) soon
.... And yes, those are genuine 1970's Lego man heads

Re: Delkim Converted Heron Alarms
I have a pair plus the receipt when Delkim converted both my Herons and my Optonic XLs.
My Heron Sounder box attaches to a rod-rest if required.

Re: Delkim Converted Heron Alarms
It'd be great to see some pictures of the herons Olly, just to give me something to aim for. Is been tricky to find a picture of an original pair of Delkim converted Herons, especially the sounder box.
