Great minds and all that SS, I too use an army surplus belt pouch, they have a lovely look to them. Yours is a little cracker, British? I think mine's slightly bigger, a Russian AK 47 magazine pouch, it holds 2 fly boxes, tippet, forceps and a luzazade bottle. I've recently started wearing like satchel across my chest with a long leather belt. Essential kit for the traditional roving Angler...

Scott,

Spooky, I carry a fly box, tippet, artery forceps and Lucozade.!!

My little pouch leaves more room in my pocket for toffees. I think it was described as WW II British army ammo pouch :-)

For fly fishing my son uses a binocular case with a nice carry strap. Whilst we were fishing in Scotland in August, I noticed him using the case and asked him about it. He said the binoculars were rubbish so he'd found a good use for the case. When back and a week later I remembered that I actually bought him said binoculars some years ago and they weren't cheap! So next time I see him I must remonstrate with the prodigal. Anyways, at least he loves the carry case!
