I would say around £300 for a first good condition with a dust jacket

Made me go downstairs and check on my shelf, I have a 1st edition, but unfortunately stamped as a (Montgomeryshire) library copy. Have a feeling my wife found it for me in a local charity shop for 50p some years ago - so mustn't grumble!

You did state 'a non library copy,' Sir, ... as an 'ex libris' one is available at £400 ... and one with "New end-papers, hinges tender, crease to preliminary pages and small tear to contents page" at £450. I can only report what's 'out there.'

Of course it is, Sir ... Abe Books is a dealers site ... but that's what the going rate is.Mario wrote:i wouldn't pay £450 pound i thinks thats a dealers price
As I said in my last post ... "I can only report what's 'out there.' "
