Lets give this topic a bump (i think it is the only topic about this book?)

I see it is delayed till 9 Feb 2017? Anybody knows more about this?

I think February 2017 is a bit optimistic.
There are lots of wonderful words in Mr Yates' dictionary, but 'deadline' is not one of them.

I 'reviewed' the book. I wonder what would happen if I ordered it? I could post it to Chris and save him the trouble of writing it :-)
