Great shot. I don't think we see enough action shots.

Not sure about the footwear, may be just my eyesight but wouldn't have thought these were ideal

No, not Gibsons, and quite good, I thought, at the time for stalking - actually "aqua-pumps", from the beach, with a soft, flexible, studded bottom - didn't last long, though!
