Well me and my brother (orangejonny on here) went for a mornings course fishing on a new club water we have both joined.

After an hour or two with not so much as a nibble I decided to have a quick spin for the pike.

Long story short this was the result of my 2nd chuck

It was also a great way to christen my new Richard walker mk4 avon and ambidex.

I think it was more crocodile than pike!

Funnily enough, maurice inghams nephew was fishing in the next peg! We had quite a nice chat.

It came in at 22lb 4oz.

She's a beauty,well done that man. The only fish I caught today would have got stuck between its teeth. :mrgreen:
