Indeed an incredible journey, SK! - was Yates the last person to catch a carp on the rod, or has it been used since?

The Walker 44 rod was used in APFA I think and CY caught one of the Redmire 24lbers with it.

So where is it now?

Perhaps potential for another group visit I can make some cakes, don't know how keen Mr Ball would be though? having a bus load of men squeezed into his fishing room may not be that appealing!
