Ready for the freezer ...

Post by AshbyCut »

... my cheese paste for the new season.

I'm not claiming anything great for it, but in case anyone's interested ...

200 grms Tesco Extra Mature Value Cheddar.
100 grms Stilton.
100 grms Blue Cheshire.
8 slices white bread (crusts off)
2 egg yolks to bind.

Blitz in a food processor, then split into 2, and blitz one half with red food colouring.

Split that in 2, then add crushed hemp to the final quarter.

Looks like play dough :Thumb: my freezer is also stocked with cheese pastes and sausage pastes
Chance is always powerful. Let your hook be always cast; in the pool where you least expect it, there will be a fish

Nice one Mal, I will have to give that mix a try.

Looks good enough to eat!
I walked across an empty land
I knew the pathway like the back of my hand
I felt the earth beneath my feet
Sat by the river and it made me complete.

Looks like you plan a fair bit of fishing Mal and a top recipe.
