Spadge

Post by Wagtail »

Gents, I know Spadge is something of a secret and therefore am not asking for any secret recipes (though fully detailed PMs would be welcome :secret: :Chuckle: ) but can anyone give me a rough guide as to the principles? I think it is some kind of particle mix, and that there are tench and roach versions, which are possibly fermented for a while????? Any information that would at least give me a start would be very much appreciated :Hat:

Sir ... you REALLY don't want to know what 'spadge' means to a Scottish kilt hire company !!!

Hi Alex. My Spadge mix is no secret, but also is just my own recipe. I prepare mixed corn (chicken feed) with hemp mixed in (soak then simmer as usual) My tweak is to add dessicated coconut and coconut milk. I let this it for a couple of days before use.
As I said my own mix but it seems to work.
I walked across an empty land
I knew the pathway like the back of my hand
I felt the earth beneath my feet
Sat by the river and it made me complete.

Just had to look this up.....

Spadge is a term coined in the Scottish kilt hire industry for dried semen on a returned hire kilt. It is derived from a contraction of the words "spunk badge".

"They asked me to clean the spadge off that Hunting Smith with a wire brush, so I told them where they could stick their job" - Sonia, an ex-employee of a kilt-hire company.

Somehow I had already guessed that - which is why I didn't look it up :Notlisterning: :Chuckle:

Is there a Disposable Kilt Company whose shares I can buy? I sense a forthcoming spike in the market...
