I once has to issue a condemnation certificate, on a consignment of sea food in a commercial freezer, which had broken down. About 250kg of frozen shell fish had gone off. There was a lake of putrefying white liquid, to a depth of about two inches everywhere in the plant . No one had visited the storage facility for about three weeks. Everything was OK until they opened the door....
