Chance is always powerful. Let your hook be always cast; in the pool where you least expect it, there will be a fish

It is a good find,i wish we had a recycling centre(tip) that sold stuff like yours. At my local tip you get chased off if you try and rescue anything.
Are you going to be selling your crate creel now then..

A nice way to give something a new use. Better than your milk crate!

It will be interesting to see how your project looks on completion, it looks as though you may well have a good chair in the making there.

Looks good leigh. It surprising what you can find at the tip, (if you can get it away). Sure it will look spot on when it is finished. I wish I had one of the old field tent chairs we had in the RAF, that would have been ideal for the task. Until I few weeks ago I had a Korum chair but the feet snapped off! I am only left with a seat box now, so when I am travelling light, sit on the ground. That's not too good for an old chap like me.

Oh how I wish that sitting on the ground was an option! If I got down it may well be impossible to get up again.

Know that feeling well.... I have a low chair for my carping sessions and it's getting increasingly difficult to get out of it....Chris Bettis wrote:Oh how I wish that sitting on the ground was an option! If I got down it may well be impossible to get up again.
Just one more cast love, and I'll be on me way home
