Yes Buller, I purchased a Hardy Wanless rod from them last year. The rod was how they described it on their website and they were a pleasure to do business with.

Just two weeks ago I brought a MKV1 carp rod from them. Described as mint, looks as if it's hardly been used.

It had a set in the tip, and needed all the rings re-whipping as the cotton had disintegrated? I did get a full refund as they offer 14 day return.

If you buy anything speak to Michael first and confirm a 14 return on anything you buy?

Maybe I just had bad luck?
