Many thanks for the kind comments chaps.

The brass wire behaves very much like the alasticum wire we used to use to make pike traces so it was possible to get a very snug fit to the frame. I used some coated fencing wire around the top of the mesh and then secured it in with the brass wire.

Thanks Nobby for the tips on sourcing the nets - I wish I had bought the propriety brand in the first instance!
