C.A having just read this after you spoke of this post in another I posted myself I have to say that this is a great read, I enjoyed your post more than you will ever know, as for the Leather Carp? I had one in May 1989, not a scale on it which weighed 18lb, could this be the same fish or was it before that time?
Glad I read the post now because I can feel that the nickname given to that swim was very appropriate :Hat:

Excellent story CA. I enjoyed that..

I had a ghost carp last week, massive it was but it didn't weigh anything..
