Help and advice please
Hi guys I have owned a Suveran 2000m for a few years and I have landed my biggest English carp on it at just under 28lb a real gem of a reel .. My problem is that on a recent fishing trip the reel came loose from the reel fittings on a cane rod and fell waist high onto a hard bank ... The reel now turns not so freely as before with a slight clunking noise although nothing is touching on the spin and when the reel is back wound it is as good as it ever was silent and smooth ... What do you think the problem is ? and does anyone know who or where I could send it to be returned back to its normal classy operation .. Comments welcomed please all the best Steve

Jim will have an idea and could have some parts, they wont be cheap and it will cost you £20 for him to strip the reel and ultrasonically clean it all before its rebuilt.
