What are you using to transport your pin's?
Evening gentlemen,
I would like to know hoe do you transport your center pin or even several when fishing?
I would like to know them well protected when sliding down the river bank.

Fixed on the rod ready to go, or in my pocket does the trick.

I take them in the car
Chance is always powerful. Let your hook be always cast; in the pool where you least expect it, there will be a fish

They are just in my bag or creel or sometimes on the rod ready to go.
They have pouches or bags but they don't live in them.

I use designer shoe bags, ladies shoes come in a cloth bag with a drawstring.
I get mine free but you can pick them up off the bay(type in, ladies shoe bags)

Glad I am not the only one who uses shoe bags, but I prefer gents shoes.
Kevin is there something you are not telling us????

Believe me, my young friend, there is nothing - absolutely nothing - half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats.

Re: What are you using to transport your pin's?
I use some old leather reel pouches, a sheepskin pouch or three and some neoprene ones for my smaller pins. I say 'use', whereas in fact I tend to leave them on rods or scatter the reels on a shelf and the pouches in the bottom of my fishing bag or the boot of the truck.
Using similar pouches has seen me arrive at the venue with entirely the wrong reel.... and the same has happened with rods. Maybe I'm just stupid

I have a couple of cases
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BISON-SOFT-LE ... 43bf7fd497
They also do a hard case it you want one
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BISON-HARD-LE ... 43a36bfee8
I've found the soft one fine for what I need.
I also have one of these, which I use for a pin or my Altex
