I use since years Fliegerpelz. This boots are very traditional, has been made long time ago for the pilots of the double deckers. Today they made it for hunters. One firm who made it is located in the south of Germany what's not to far away for a swiss.

Yes, this firm has no english translation for the webiste. I did not found any information about shipping. I get it in 2011 from the fabric store, maybe they don't send it to end customers. I've send them a message right now and asked for you regarding shipping to GB.

I saw that this shop http://www.jagdschuhe.de/Zwiegenaehte-J ... Pilot.html do it. But the price looks a bit high for me. I paid 265 Euro seven years ago.

Okay Pennineled, I've received the answer from Mrs. Helga Reck. She's not sure regarding shipping costs and taxes and she has written that there is only one reseller (the one in the link I have pasted) for this boots. Maybe she would send you a pair. If you are interested please send her a message directly. There is contact form on the Reck firm website.

Penninelad you can translate anything - almost - by using a translator on your computer. I use one quite a lot!

Thanks for the link. The price is high but less than for boots of a similar quality available in the UK.I think a similar boot made by Harkila is well over £400!
