Jack Hargreaves

Post by Fred »

I've been hunting down Jack Hargreaves programs and have come up with the latest programs from 1983/84/85 called Old Country.
On them are many of the video which you see on YouTube such as the history of the fishing rod.
Fish come and go, but it is the memory of afternoons on the stream that endure

Hi John, the CD came today and I'm looking forward to siting down with a nice cup of tea and listening to it.

You'll thouroghly enjoy that, I had the original on vinyl when I was younger, John very kindly gave me a copy of the CD, it was lovely to hear Jack's voice again.

Thank-you for the link, Fred. My DVD set has just arrived. I did wonder if the seller was genuine but it seems he is in fact the director of the Old Country series.

So, I now have all the Out of Town and the later Old Country. Not cheap purchases, but so enjoyable!
