Partridge 11 Foot Carp

Post by RightCharlie »

Anyone go an 11 foot Carp or literature with photos? (Note not the 10 foot 44)
Particularly interested in the colour and layout of the original whips

Hi Ian, this is the rod with original whips, but I had it re-whipped by Andrew Davis to green with red tippets

Just collected mine back from Andrew Davis, one had cracked a ferrule last season. The original ferrules were very cheap an nasty, possibly far eastern made. He fitted a pair of nice new reinforced ferrules and re-whipped one butt ring for me, very pleased with the results!
