Historical Carp Waters by Chris Ball

Post by Mark »

Just ordered a limited edition hardback copy of 'Historical Carp Waters' by Chris Ball

Featuring 22 chapters, including such waters as Redmire Pool, Woldale, Ashlea Pool, Mapperley Reservoir, Withy Pool, and Beechmere, HISTORICAL CARP WATERS has been meticulously researched and compiled by Chris Ball.

Running to more than 400 pages and including several hundred photographs of the waters themselves and the anglers that fished them, including many that have never been published before, this book is a magnificent and comprehensive account of carp fishing history in the UK.

Featuring artwork from Adam Entwistle, Dave Blackaller and Tom O'Reilly which beautifully compliments the photography throughout the book.

Available in the following formats:
Limited Edition Hardback of only 400 numbered copies
Special Edition Hardback of only 45 copies
Quarter Leather Bound Edition in Slipcase of only 15 copies
Luxury Leather Bound in Slipcase of only 15 copies

Thanks for pointing this out Mark.
I received £100 from some family members for my recent birthday and had bought about £10 worth of traditional 'Wotton' floats so the remainder just went on a quarter bound leather edition of this book. Very happy :Hat:
