Have people received their copies yet?
I order the 1/4 bound leather on 19th Sept but have neither heard not received anything.

I think its pre-orders at the moment, due out end of October I think, but need to check to be sure

Yes it is. I emailed LEP and they have said it is due in about 3 weeks.
