Made a tripod rod rest

Post by Evert van der Plas »

Here is my new tripod rod rest i made from oak, only 50 cm long and easy to take it with me when fishing.
i make two off them to lay my rod on like a sort off rod pod

It does have extendable legs, very pleased with the result

That's a beautiful and useful thing Evert!
I walked across an empty land
I knew the pathway like the back of my hand
I felt the earth beneath my feet
Sat by the river and it made me complete.
