Hi,
Are there any members who have fished the old brick ponds near the sewage works in Durham?
I used to fish the main pond as a young lad and have many fond memories catching perch on those long, lazy summer days.
Does anyone know who has the fishing rights on the ponds?
Thanks Andy

Driven past many times to fish Felling's Fly Fishing waters on the river but never explored that bit of water.

I have often walked around the ponds and always remember the times sitting waiting for my float to dip and a perch to be the reward.
Many childhood memories were made at the ponds.
I must keep searching to see if anyone has the fishing rights.
I have not seen it fished in years so I don’t even know if there are any fish in the ponds now?
